This Volunteer Agreement outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and guidelines for individuals participating in activities organized by Call For Help Foundation.
By registering as a volunteer, you agree to follow the terms below.
1. Purpose of Volunteering
Volunteers support our NGO’s mission, including:
- Health camps
- Awareness programs
- Women empowerment sessions
- Community outreach events
- Emergency assistance
- Educational and social welfare initiatives
Your contribution helps us serve underprivileged communities effectively.
2. Eligibility to Volunteer
To participate as a volunteer, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old (below 18 requires parental consent)
- Provide accurate personal information
- Agree to the NGO’s rules and safety guidelines
- Respect all participants and fellow volunteers
The NGO may conduct a basic verification if required for certain events.
3. Volunteer Responsibilities
As a volunteer, you agree to:
- Perform tasks sincerely and responsibly
- Follow instructions from NGO coordinators
- Maintain respectful behavior at all times
- Protect the dignity and privacy of beneficiaries
- Not misuse any information obtained during volunteering
- Maintain punctuality during camps and programs
- Uphold the NGO’s values of compassion and service
Volunteers must also avoid:
- Discriminatory or offensive behavior
- Misrepresentation of the NGO
- Unauthorized distribution of photos or data
- Handling money or donations without permission
4. Safety & Conduct
Volunteers must prioritize safety and follow:
- Health guidelines
- Emergency instructions
- Code of conduct during fieldwork
If unsafe behavior is observed, the NGO may restrict the volunteer from further participation.
5. Confidentiality Clause
Volunteers may come across personal or medical information of beneficiaries.
You agree that:
- You will not share, disclose, or misuse any personal data
- You will respect the privacy of individuals
- You will follow all instructions related to data protection
6. Non-Monetary Nature of Volunteering
Volunteers understand that:
- Volunteering is unpaid
- No salary, allowance, or financial compensation is provided
- Participation is voluntary and may be discontinued at any time
Certificates of participation may be issued after completion of activities.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Call For Help Foundation is not liable for:
- Any personal injury caused due to volunteer negligence
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Unforeseen incidents during field activities
Volunteers must follow safety protocols to minimize risks.
8. Termination of Volunteer Participation
The NGO reserves the right to discontinue a volunteer’s participation if:
- Code of conduct is violated
- Misuse of identity or authority is found
- Confidentiality is breached
- Harmful behavior is reported

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY (DONATION RECEIPT POLICY)

This policy explains how donation receipts, certificates, and digital acknowledgements are issued by Call For Help Foundation.
Since we are a non-profit organization and do not ship physical goods, “Shipping & Delivery” refers to the delivery of donation receipts, certificates, and official communication.
1. Delivery of Donation Receipts
Whenever a donor contributes via:
- Online payment
- Bank transfer
- UPI/Wallets
- Cash donation (with record)
We provide a digital donation receipt through:
- SMS (if applicable)
Receipts are normally delivered within 24–72 hours after confirmation.
2. Delivery of Volunteer or Participation Certificates
Certificates for volunteers or participants in NGO programs are provided:
- Digitally (PDF format)
- Physically (only during special events or pre-arranged programs)
Digital certificates are usually delivered within:
- 7–10 working days after program completion.
3. Non-Physical Goods Policy
The NGO does not sell or ship physical products.
All deliverables are digital:
- Receipts
- Acknowledgements
- Certificates
- Registration confirmations
- Event details
Only documents specifically requested in physical form will be provided at the NGO office.
4. Incorrect Information Provided by Donor
If a wrong email or phone number is entered:
- The donor must contact us to update their information
- The receipt will be reissued after verification
The NGO is not responsible for delivery delays caused by wrong contact details.
5. Failed Delivery of Receipts
Receipts may fail to deliver due to:
- Email server errors
- Spam filters
- Incorrect contact information
- Technical problems
In such cases, donors can request a reissue at:

6. Delivery for Refund or Cancellation Requests
In rare cases where a refund is approved:
- A refund acknowledgement will be issued digitally
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method
A Refund Certificate may be provided upon request.
