Refund & Donation Policy

Thank you for supporting Call For Help Foundation.
Your contribution helps us provide healthcare support, awareness programs, women empowerment sessions, emergency assistance, and community welfare services to individuals in need.

We value the trust you place in us. This Refund & Donation Policy explains how donations are handled and under what conditions refunds may be issued.


1. Nature of Donations

All donations made to Call For Help Foundation are voluntary and non-commercial in nature.
Donations support our ongoing projects, emergency help initiatives, medical camps, awareness programs, and operational costs.

When you donate, you agree that:

  • Funds may be used across any approved welfare program
  • The NGO has full discretion in allocating resources based on need
  • Donations are made without the expectation of commercial return

2. Non-Refundable Donations

In most cases, donations are non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated to mission-driven activities such as:

  • Free health camps
  • Subsidized medical support
  • Women empowerment training
  • Community outreach programs
  • Emergency services
  • Operational support for NGO initiatives

Once utilized for charitable activities, the NGO cannot reverse or refund the donation.


3. Situations Where a Refund May Be Considered

Although donations are generally non-refundable, a refund may be considered in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate or accidental transactions
  • Technical/payment errors
  • Incorrect donation amount entered due to system glitch
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the payment.

Required details for a refund request:

  • Donor’s name
  • Transaction ID / Payment receipt
  • Date and amount of donation
  • Reason for refund request

Each case will be reviewed individually, and the NGO reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on internal policies.


4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method
  • It may take 7–14 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider
  • Any processing fees charged by the payment gateway may be deducted

5. Cancellation of Monthly or Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring or monthly donation, you may request cancellation at any time by contacting us at:

Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.


6. Receipts & Transparency

All donors may request:

  • Acknowledgement receipt
  • Donation certificate (if applicable)
  • Utilization summary for supported causes

We are committed to transparency in how every contribution is used for public welfare.


7. Third-Party Payment Platforms

If donations are made through third-party platforms (UPI apps, payment gateways, fundraising websites), the donor must also follow the policy of the respective platform.

The NGO is not responsible for delays or errors caused by external payment providers.
